Shipping Guarantees

We have a turnaround time from the time you place your order of three (3) business days, then the selected shipping method time. First Class and Priority mail can take up to 10 days and there are no guarantees.  The only guaranteed shipping is through Fed Ex 2 business day, 3 business day and overnight shipping.  

Although we make every effort to ensure you will receive you purchase in a timely fashion, there are always factors which are not in our control. These include the companies we ship through, weather and the unexpected.

If you have paid for a speedier service and did not receive your purchase as guaranteed by the shipping service, we will happily refund the difference between basic shipping and the service you paid for.
