At Coastal Arts Studio, our work is 100% guaranteed, which means that we will redo any order (or portion of an order) with which you are not completely satisfied.  We pride ourselves in providing you with a high-quality product that you value, with consistency that you trust, and customer service you can rely on to help make things right if you run into a problem. This straight-forward no-fuss returns policy allows us to stand behind our work (and our customers) 100%.  We will accept returns for a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the purchased item(s).

We have chosen to offer a general and open 100% guarantee because we trust our customers to act responsibly. 

Shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless the item and/or packaging was damaged in shipping and reported to the shipping carrier, or the shipping time guarantee was not met.  Please be advised that the United States Postal Service (USPS), FEDEX, and UPS shipping times are not always guaranteed as well, please check with your specific carrier and their current guarantees.

Once we have received the returned item, your order will be redone within 3 business days. If you are a requesting a refund instead, please fill out this contact form and let us know specific details why.  We will get back to you quickly.
